WANTING RANCH TO LEASE: Looking at Western South Dakota, Southwestern North Dakota around Medora area, Eastern Montana, Northeastern Wyoming Sheridan area back to South Dakota or Northwestern part of Nebraska. Wanting 250 AUMs to 500 AUMs for a 3- to 5-year lease. Would consider if owner wants to lease ranch and sell his livestock off over a period of years.
