Murray Grey continue to show results at Midland Bull Test

The Murray Grey top bulls will sell at the end of the day of April 3. They follow Red Angus, South Devon and Hereford breeds that day. Seven bulls, in lots 1126 through 1132, will sell.

The Murray Grey cattle will all be registered through the National Murray Grey Registry.

Murray Grey ADG Leaders

Lot 1132 was the top Murray Grey bull for ADG, with a ratio of 161. Rush Valley Ranch of Vernon, Utah consigned the son of H Diamond York. The bull showed a RFI of 0.73 and an Efficiency Ratio of 132. 

Second is lot 1131 with an ADG ratio of 128. Also a son of H Diamond York consigned by Rush Valley Ranch of Vernon, Utah, the bull had a RFI of 1.13 and an Efficiency Ratio of 110. 

Rounding out the ADG leaders is lot 1126 with an ADG ratio of 115. Lot 1126 is consigned by H Diamond Cattle Co. of Robert, Idaho. He is a son of The Glen Manuel with a RFI of 0.93 and an Efficiency Ratio of 97.

Murray Grey WDA Leaders

Topping the WDA category for Murray Grey is lot 1126 with a WDA of 2.95. H Diamond Cattle Co. of Robert, Idaho consigned the son of The Glen Manuel, who had a RFI of 0.93 and an Efficiency Ratio of 97.

Second is lot 1127 with a WDA of 2.93. Lot 1127 is consigned by H Diamond Cattle Co. of Robert, Idaho. He is a son of H Diamond Xplosion with a RFI of 1.48 and an Efficiency Ratio of 89.

Lot 1132, with a WDA of 2.90, came in third. Rush Valley Ranch of Vernon, Utah consigned the bull. He is a son of H Diamond York with a RFI of 0.73 and an Efficiency Ratio of 132.
